PeeWee PE is a program that was developed by Kathy and Chris Schultz to "Keep Kids Moving"! The basic idea is simple; and early introduction to sports and fitness will help instill a lifelong love of movement! Love of movement is instrumental in developing a healthy attitude toward exercise, nutrition, and life!

Kathy Schultz earned her BS in Health and Physical Education from The College of New Jersey in 1991. She then earned an AS in Physical Therapy from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1995. She currently holds a certification in Health and Physical Education in both Georgia and New Jersey. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching and coaching young children.

"This is my passion! I am so lucky to have found a way to combine my love of physical activity with my love of teaching young children, the smiles on their faces is all it takes for me to know that I am where I belong!"

With three children ages 11, 8, and 2 she is aware of the importance of exposing children to the benefits of proper nutrition and physical activity at a young age. She is also aware of the challenges that parents face today! Long work days, the lure of fast-food, computers, Xbox, and the fact that many kids just don't go outside and play!

"We want children to realize that movement equals fun and PeeWee PE is here to share that experience with them!!!"

Chris Schultz holds a degree in Business Management from Augusta State University and is committed to living a physically active lifestyle with his family. Through early experiences in wrestling, boxing and martial arts, Chris has developed a respect for fitness and nutrition that he would like to pass on to children.
